S&P PHARMACEUTICAL CO., LTD whose old name is Qinghai S&P Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd is a joint stock company established on 17, May.1994 by collection approved by the No.21 File of the year 1994 issued by Qinghai Province Economy System Reform Office and issued the stock on 11, Aug.1994 approved by the No.ZJF 30 File of the year of 1994 issued by China Securities Regulatory Commission and began to exchange in Shanghai Exchange Stock whose stock code is 600869.The total capital stock amounts to 12 hundred million. S&P Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd is registered in Qinghai Province Administrator for Industry & Commerce whose registered address is No.88 Jianguo Road Xining City Qinghai Province and legal representative is Jiang Xipei. The register No. is 6300001200909.

The foundation of our company is Qinghai Chinese Medical Factory established in 1969. After hard work and study for many years now it has grown to be the biggest base producing Chinese and Tibet Medicine. Our company has three subsidiary company including Qinghai Province Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, S&P Pharmaceutical Chain Co., Ltd and Shanghai Baolai Enterprise Development Co., Ltd.

Our company passed through the GMP(Good Manufactory Practice) certification examined by State Drug Administration in Sep. 2002 and our factory area is 11400 M². All the design of our plant area is adopted the international popular combined plane model. The subsidiary company Qinghai Province Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd passed GSP(Good Supply Practice) certification.

Our company has more than 100 kinds of products including drug for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular and drug for breath system and health care foodstuff. The main products including S&P Jianpian for hepatitis and S&P Xinnaoxin capsule and S&P Lifei and S&P Chongcao Shenshi oral liquid and S&P Hongjingtian capsule all produced by local natural medical material in Qinghai Province.
