Jiang Xipei pointed out that doing industry needs to assess the situation and keep pace with the times, and constantly keep the right and innovate, and benchmark and surpass. In the future, only industry leaders, leading enterprises, or specialized, special and new enterprises, can sustain healthy development. Waist tail of the enterprise if not seeking change, not seeking new, will be very difficult to have a future.
Experienced 38 years of entrepreneurship, talking about how to look at the entrepreneurial cycle and the transformation of technology, Jiang Xipei said, the enterprise from small to big through thick and thin, doing business is like walking on thin ice. In the past, we did business just to support our family, but now we do it for more families to live and work in peace and happiness. Talking about the impact of the three years of the epidemic and the rapid development of technology on the industry in which the company is engaged, Jiang Xipei said that Far Eastern has always attached great importance to R&D investment and technological innovation.
